We're proud to say several of our technicians have been with us for over 20 years, thats experience. We also try to keep our customers with the same technician they have dealt with from day one. Service Agreements
Service agreements are available from Data Reprographics, Inc. and are an excellent way to manage the costs of your copier or MFP device. Did you know that the cost of one major equipment repair can often pay the price of a service agreement for a full year? (That includes toner!) Another benefit of a service contract with Data Reprographics, Inc. is our Clean and Check program. Even if your machine is problem free while covered under our service agreement, we'll still have technicians come by periodically to check out your equipment. This allows us to prevent minor and major problems with simple routine visits.
